Global Investment Solutions, LLC (“the Advisor,”) provides continuous and regular supervisory management services to its clients on a discretionary basis. The advisory services include, among other things, providing advice regarding asset allocation and the selection of investments. Account management or supervision is guided by the stated objectives of the client. In addition, the Advisor considers the client’s risk profile and financial status prior to making any recommendations.
Global Investment offers multiple programs that vary by type of investment, methodology and custodian, and may use research and analysis provided by 3rd party firms. The 3rd party research and analysis is used as a basis for the investment selection, although the Advisor has ultimate authority to select and facilitate execution. The Advisor will offer the various programs as a separate program or a combination of programs that is best suited for the client.
